What is Gift Voucher Experiences?

Gift Voucher Experiences is an online gift voucher website endorsing only trusted suppliers. Gift Vouchers for an experience such as Afternoon Tea or Short Break can be personalised, purchased online and delivered by email or post.

How do I buy a Gift Voucher Experience?

Simply click on the voucher you wish to buy for that special person, click on the “Checkout” button and follow the instructions to securely pay online with your credit or debit card.

If you are experiencing difficulties purchasing a voucher, click on the “Contact Us” button at the top right of the website and send us your specific details through the contact form. We will come back to you and endeavour to help you within one working day.

How do vouchers get delivered?

Online vouchers are delivered and will arrive instantly. All vouchers ordered before 3:00 pm (GMT) on a weekday for delivery by First Class Royal Mail will be dispatched the same working day (excluding Bank Holidays). If a voucher is ordered after 3:00 pm on a weekday, or on a weekend, it is dispatched the next working day. 1st Class Royal Mail aims to deliver your gift envelope or box to its destination the next working day - including Saturdays.

What are the delivery costs?

Online delivery is free of charge

Postal delivery is £3.95 for a gift envelope and £7.50 for a gift box

Royal Mail Signed for options are also available.

How do I print my email voucher?

Your voucher will arrive immediately by email as a PDF attachment, please open the PDF attachment and print, vouchers are designed professionally but the quality of the print finish will be determined by the print specification of your printer.

How secure is my payment?

We use SSL encryption to encrypt your connection with our servers. We never receive your payment details. All card details are handled by Stripe who are PCI compliant.

Can I exchange my voucher for a different experience?

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for alternative experiences.

Can I extend or refund my voucher?

Vouchers cannot be extended, for refunds please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

I’ve lost my voucher can I still make a booking?

Lost vouchers are reissued entirely at our discretion, to the original purchaser and subject to security checks.

What if the gift voucher I have ordered doesn’t arrive in the post?

If your voucher doesn’t arrive within seven days, simply click on the “Contact Us” button at the top right of the website and send us an email with your specific details. We will come back to you within one working day to arrange a replacement providing the voucher has not been redeemed. Please note duplicate copies are not reissued.

Can I have a VAT invoice for my voucher?

We do not supply VAT receipts on voucher sales; however VAT receipts can be issued on the redemption of the voucher by the voucher experience provider.

How do I redeem my voucher?

Prior booking is essential and can be achieved by contacting the specific experience provider. Contact details will be displayed on the Gift Voucher. Vouchers must also be presented on arrival.
